St. Stephen School Parents Win NCEA Award
The accomplishments of the School Commission's Student And Family Enrichment (S.A.F.E.) Committee recently received an award from the National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) for its outstanding contributions to our school.
S.A.F.E. was initiated this school year to enhance St. Stephens School’s marketability by organizing additional student activities & family events. The S.A.F.E. project meets the needs and interests of a greater number of students, helps students meet others across the grade levels who have similar interests, creates opportunities for families to meet each other through community building events, and enhances the school’s marketability.
S.A.F.E. activities that took place this year were: Lego’s, MadScience, Chess Club, Jr. Basketball, Drama Club, Build a Scarecrow family event, and Bingo and Movie family nights.
Congratulations to our wonderful parents.
